Refund Policy
All sales of services and products at Salon M + Suites are final. Due to the nature of our services—including time, labor, and product use—we do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, we encourage you to contact us within 72 hours so we may address your concerns appropriately.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that while Salon M + Suites requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, some stylists may enforce a stricter cancellation policy of up to 48 hours. This will be communicated at the time of booking or in your stylist’s service agreement. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $95. No-shows may be charged the full service amount. Repeat offenses may result in restricted booking privileges.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS We may offer access to third-party tools over which we have no control. Use of these tools is at your own risk.
